1. Registration Fee

Registration fees paid for Styleverse Pageant are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is specifically approved under this Policy or required by applicable law.

2. Cancellation by Participant

If a participant voluntarily withdraws after successful registration, the registration fee will ordinarily not be refundable.

This may include withdrawal due to:

• Change of mind;
• Personal reasons;
• Travel issues;
• School commitments;
• Failure to attend;
• Failure to complete required documentation;
• Parent/guardian decision.

3. Cancellation by Organizer

If the Organizer cancels the Event entirely, the Organizer may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law:
• Offer a refund;
• Offer transfer to a rescheduled event;
• Offer another reasonable alternative.
The applicable option will be communicated to registered participants.

4. Postponement

If the Event is postponed, the registration may ordinarily remain valid for the rescheduled Event.
Participants who cannot participate on the revised date may contact the Organizer for consideration under the circumstances.

5. Duplicate Payment

If a participant accidentally makes a duplicate payment for the same registration, the duplicate amount may be refunded after verification.
The participant must provide:
• Transaction ID;
• Payment date;
• Amount;
• Registration/application number;
• Proof of payment.

6. Failed Transaction

If money has been debited but the payment status appears unsuccessful, please contact us before making another payment.
We will verify the transaction with the payment gateway/bank.

7. Incorrect Information

Registration fees may not be refundable where the applicant has knowingly provided incorrect information or documents resulting in rejection/disqualification.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method or another lawful method determined by the payment provider/Organizer.

Processing time may depend on:

• Payment gateway;
• Bank;
• Card issuer;
• UPI provider.

Refund requests should be submitted to:
